Virtual & Hybrid Events Even though we all grew up with live communication and love the special sensation it creates, we are proud to say that we enjoy adventures in the virtual world just as much. Be it in the action-packed visual environment of an “Unreal Engine” or in highly emotional light rooms in a large, empty hall – we’ll find the right format for your event. We create the best studio moments for annual general meetings (including, most recently, in interactive form) held by DAX companies, award ceremonies (including the European Civil Rights Prize to Angela Merkel), evaluations (several times for excellence for the University of Heidelberg), large congresses, or interactive annual kick-off events of international corporations. Sustainable events Yes, we know that the event industry is a major energy and resource guzzler and producer of waste and CO2 in many areas, and no, we don’t have any patent solutions to deliver a completely “green” event either. However, our aim is to act responsibly and in the interests of future generations – ecologically, economically and socially – in a way that conserves resources wherever possible. We always consider aspects of sustainability in every event concept and every logistics plan, make every effort to keep our finger on the pulse of the times through maintaining a spirit of curiosity, by pursuing dialogue partnership and training, and also inspiring our production partners, customers and, last but not least, the participants to act sustainably. In order to provide all colleagues with ongoing in-house support in this area, we created and filled a Sustainability Specialist position in 2022 – together with our customers, we believe we are on the right path to a more sustainable future.
