The management of m:con – mannheim:congress GmbH consists of CEO Bastian Fiedler and CFO Thorsten Frank. Together, the duo stands for m:con’s mission statement: We are one!
We are one! extends to all areas and activities of the company, both internally and externally.
Authenticity is an important component. The success of an event is more than just a necessity and should be lived equally by all employees. That’s why our management duo not only present themselves with their “business face”, but also in a very personal and approachable way.
However, this duality also stands for successful communication. In addition to a professional exchange with our customers, we also strive for a human dialogue.
But open communication within m:con is also a decisive factor for successful cooperation.
Subsequently, a good error culture is also essential in a dynamic sector such as the congress and event industry. Mistakes happen, are discussed openly and objectively and thus help to effectively improve processes within m:con and at events.

Sustainability and CSR
Last but not least, the topic of sustainability also plays an important role in our mission statement. In our day-to-day activities, we attach great importance to the careful use of resources and the environment. We also see our responsibility in the social sphere and in supporting various regional projects, such as neuroblastoma research at Mannheim University Hospital.
