In order to offer even more options for top-class congresses and events in the future, there will be an additional hall in the Congress Centre Rosengarten portfolio. The so-called ‘extension’ is structurally linked to the fire protection refurbishment of the historic part of our building. By 2025, a variable hall will be created in the roof area at the level of the second floor above the centre foyer between the old and new buildings. 600 square metres of floor space can be divided into up to six smaller workshop and conference units equipped with state-of-the-art technology using various partitioning options.

When fully utilised, the plenum can accommodate up to 510 people. The area can also be used as additional exhibition space for congresses, offers extended catering options and can be divided into up to six units. The consistent further development of the Rosengarten is supported by feedback from customers: ‘The major medical societies are clearly expressing their needs here,’ says Bastian Fiedler, Managing Director of m:con-mannheim:congress GmbH, which manages the Rosengarten. ‘The expansion will ensure that we remain competitive in the future.’
