An extraordinary anniversary<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The PHOENIX Big Picture: a photo competition organised among employees throughout Europe, aimed at surveying key company and regional features \u2013 a truly holistic look at what makes us great. Selected by a jury of experts from well over 100 top-class entries, the winners went on to receive cash prizes for charitable organisations within their region.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u201c…and all of PHOENIX sings for you\u201d: employees created a song dedicated to their company in a one-day workshop organised by the \u201cPopakademie Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg\u201d. Produced under expert guidance, it was performed for the first time at the ceremony, and going forward will be heard in the company\u2019s telephone loop in future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHappy Birthday\u201d: over the course of a week, sweet surprises were presented to over 30,000 employees in Germany, birthday cakes were brought in at 47 branches of all shapes and sizes, and new ones were added every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

…and at the end a celebration \u2013 with minimal formality at the company headquarters \u2013 with the founding family, employees from the very beginning, the Management Board and numerous guests. In addition to exciting and entertaining discussions, the awards ceremony for the photo competition and the launch of the company song took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These varied events were planned and implemented by m:con in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, as well as openly with various working groups \u2013 the employees created their very own party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
