Case study: Fuchs Petrolub AG, Annual Shareholders' Meeting

While m:con has always provided comprehensive support services to FUCHS PETROLUB AG, beginning in 2006 we were commissioned with the planning and organisation of the annual shareholders' meeting. Since that time, we have been occupied with, among other things, the development and implementation of a young, dynamic image with more infotainment; the goal is to harmoniously combine the joyous, family-like character of both the event and the company with the self-confidence of a modern, globally operating company. In addition, m:con handles the budgeting, technical equipment and set-up, catering, exhibition stand construction and additional service providers, personnel and activity planning and monitoring, project analysis and billing. |

By order of the State of Baden-Württemberg and the city of Mannheim, m:con conceptualised and produced the traditional political Berlin summer festival in the Baden-Württemberg representative office. |
Case study: AIPC World Congress 2003

On a wonderful summer evening - after initial refreshment - the close to 200 guests began strolling to a Schubert recital at the Apollo temple. Following this, simultaneous with the sunset, the Mozart Fagott concert began on a lake stage and a festive dinner was served at a long table that incorporated the garden architecture. |
